I've been reading purchase agreements for longer than most of the forms in use have existed. I'd rather catch the problem in a clause than at the closing table.

Lenka founded the firm after years at a title company, where she saw the same avoidable problems arrive at closing every week. She handles purchases, closings and leases for owners of a few rentals, and writes most of the firm's standard checklists.

She grew up in Wilber and speaks Czech with her clients' grandparents when it helps.
