This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone, the kind of matter, a deadline, a property address and your message
• Basic visit data your browser sends, such as pages viewed and the type of device

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, check for conflicts and, if you hire us, run your matter. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with service providers who host this site and our email, under agreements to keep it private.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as long as the rules for lawyers require.
